New offerings on our menus

2013 is a year of great explorations, wonderful new flavor finds and food inspirations. From the exciting dishes I tasted with all of my senses in Japan, to the sunny gulf flavors of Florida and a culinary trip soon to Napa, visiting Chez Panisse in Berkeley and all the delightful stops along the PCH to Los Angeles, I’ll be all fired to get into the kitchen for you. I just went to the Black River food show and all of our amazing local vendors here in Vermont, Boston and New Hampshire are passionate about their products – and so am I : )
